Terms of Use
Plain-language terms for this educational screening site
Last updated: August 15, 2026
By using ADHD Test Online, you agree to use the site for lawful, educational purposes and to understand the limits described below.
Educational Screening Only
The ASRS v1.1 6-question adult screener and SNAP-IV 26-item parent form organize self-reported or caregiver-reported observations. They do not diagnose ADHD, provide medical advice, recommend treatment, or replace an evaluation by a qualified professional. Do not use this site for an emergency.
No Healthcare Relationship
Using the questionnaires or reading the site's content does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other professional relationship. Decisions about health, diagnosis, medication, or treatment should be discussed with a qualified professional who can consider history, impairment, development, and information from relevant settings.
Local Test Data
The site stores test progress and results in your browser's local storage so the result can be shown on the same device. It does not require an account or submit answers and scores to our server. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and may clear the local test data at any time.
Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misrepresent the site as a diagnostic service, or use its content unlawfully. Automated accessibility tools, personal printing, and ordinary search-engine crawling are permitted.
Sources and Instrument Rights
The site links to the source and rights information for each questionnaire. ADHD Test Online does not claim ownership of the ASRS or SNAP-IV instruments and is not affiliated with or endorsed by their authors or source institutions. Site-specific explanations and software may not be republished in a way that removes attribution or misrepresents their source.
Availability and Accuracy
We work to keep scoring, links, and educational explanations accurate, but the site is provided as available and may contain errors or interruptions. Screening can produce false positives or false negatives. Report suspected errors through the Contact page and seek professional help when concerns affect daily life.
External Resources
External links are provided for source verification or public and nonprofit resources. Their operators control their own content, availability, privacy, and services. A link does not imply endorsement, affiliation, payment, or responsibility for the external site.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the site's features or practices materially change. The page will display the real date of the latest substantive revision. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
For technical issues, corrections, source questions, or questions about these terms, use the Contact page or email [email protected].
