About ADHD Test Online
Private, source-based screening information in English and Spanish
Source-checked: August 15, 2026
ADHD Test Online provides two educational screening tools and practical next-step resources. It is not a clinic, does not diagnose conditions, and is not endorsed by the organizations or instrument authors it cites.
Private by design
Answers, progress, and results remain in browser local storage and are not sent to a server or analytics service.
Source-based scoring
Each tool links the version and scoring reference used. Custom weighting and invented combined severity levels are not used.
Bilingual parity
English and Spanish content, sources, metadata, and scoring are released together and checked automatically.
Direct, accountable references
External resources link directly to the cited institution, public service, or original source.
The two tools on this site
ASRS v1.1 6-question adult screener
For adults age 18 and older. It uses the source questions, unweighted 0–24 sum, and updated screening cutoff.
SNAP-IV 26-item parent rating form
For observations about children ages 6–18. It reports the three source-defined subscales rather than an invented total severity level.
Important limits
- A screening result is not a diagnosis
- Similar experiences can have many causes
- A qualified evaluation considers history, impairment, development, other explanations, and more than one setting
- Urgent safety concerns require immediate local or crisis support
